Our Story
Since 2012 our founding team has combined a nuanced understanding of energy market opportunity with focused execution to generate value for partners and investors.
Together Jamie Fordyce, Wendy De Wolf, and Will Bliss built and successfully exited East Light Partners (East Light), a unique and capital-efficient origination platform for new renewable generation assets in the Northeast U.S. Wendy and Jamie founded East Light in 2016, where they raised and managed two investment vehicles to originate and develop greenfield solar and battery storage opportunities. Will joined the team as the Director of Engineering in 2019. In 2023, East Light was sold to Vitol, a global commodities and energy trader.
Reservoir Power was founded in 2025 to accelerate our transition towards a more reliable and sustainable power grid. We benefit from deep trust established over a decade of working together and complimentary capabilities. We are a nimble, skilled, solutions-oriented team, applying our efforts in the next phase of the energy transition.

Wendy De Wolf

Wendy has a BS in Geology & Geophysics from Yale, an MBA from Columbia Business School, and a keen focus on environmental and energy market strategy.

Will has a BS in Civil Engineering from Villanova, an MS in Sustainable Building Systems from Northeastern, and significant experience managing the complex engineering and build-out of infrastructure projects
